Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wada Colors (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract its source code, or by using it in any way that violates applicable law.

Color Dictionary Content

The color names and combinations referenced in the app are based on Sanzo Wada's "A Dictionary of Color Combinations", which is in the public domain. The app's presentation, code, illustrations, and original content are owned by the Wada Colors developer and protected by applicable copyright laws.

Your Content

Stickers, scans, and collections you create with the app belong to you. The app does not claim any ownership of content you create or save.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Color matches are approximations and may vary based on lighting, camera hardware, and display calibration; they should not be relied on for color-critical professional work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Wada Colors developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
